Shared Ownership Sales Executive (Staircasing & Resales) | Hybrid | South East London | £41K

• Monday - Friday, South East London
• £36,000 - £41,000 + £1500 car allowance
• ASAP Start, 1 Year Fixed Term Contract
• Hybrid working with accountability for managing your own pipeline and deadlines from reservation through to completion.

We're working with a well-established Housing Association in South London with a growing pipeline of Shared Ownership homes. They need someone who can step in and take ownership from day one.

If you've worked in Shared Ownership, staircasing, or affordable housing sales, you'll know this isn't your typical sales role!

This is about managing the full journey, from enquiry through to completion, keeping transactions moving, coordinating with solicitors, and making sure nothing stalls.

• £36,000 - £41,000 salary

• £1,500 car allowance

• Hybrid working (2 days in office in Sydenham)

• 26 days annual leave + paid bank holidays

• Private medical insurance (after 6 months)

• A stable, process-driven environment (no aggressive sales targets)

• Managing Shared Ownership sales, resales, and staircasing transactions.

• Progressing deals from reservation to legal completion.

• Liaising with solicitors, lenders, and internal teams.

• Managing a busy caseload of live transactions.

• Supporting marketing activity (property listings, mailouts).

• Conducting viewings (occasional evenings/weekends, with time back).

• Experience in Shared Ownership / Affordable Housing sales

• Strong understanding of staircasing and resales

• Confident managing sales progression and conveyancing stages

• Highly organised, able to manage deadlines and competing priorities

• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
