Role - Senior Brand Manager (FMCG) c£62.000 - £70k (DOE) HYBRID ROLE 6 month Fixed Term Contract - could become permanent) + Excellent Benefits

* HYBRID ROLE - TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS ON SITE

Our client is a leader in their field and due to continued growth, have a 6 month fixed term contract for an experienced Senior Brand Manager. The role could become permanent or extended dependent upon individual and business performance. The role is varied and in a fast paced working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

* ·Act as an owner of the brands, delivering in year brand plans and key financial targets.

* Responsibility for the creation and delivery of the 1-3 year strategic brand plans.

* Define and activate the brand strategies across all Marketing P's (product, pack, price, place, promotion).

* Set own and review branded pricing and promotional policies for the brands by channel.

* Proactively support and influence the delivery of the P&L to achieve the annual budget and longer-term strategy.

* Consistently reviewing brand performance, developing plans where needed to achieve target or drive incremental opportunities.

* Plan and execute fully integrated marketing 'TTL' campaigns in line with agreed KPI's and budgets.

* Able to analyse market and customer data and create compelling brand and category stories.

* Build strong working / collaboratively relationships across key departments: Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Technical.

* Effective external agency and budget management.

Skills and Experience

* Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG brand marketing.

* Track record of strategic brand planning and execution across the marketing P's.

* Strong commercial acumen and P&L management.

* Generating and interpreting consumer and category insights.

* Developing and executing 'TTL' marketing campaigns.

* Identifying unique and scalable NPD opportunity with first class execution.

* Working collaboratively with cross functional teams.
