The organisation is undergoing significant transformation across its rent and service charge functions, creating an opportunity for a skilled Rent Setting Team Leader to support regulatory compliance, system development and operational excellence. Your new roleYou will lead the Rents Team to deliver accurate, timely and compliant rent setting in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. The role involves overseeing rent accounting processes, ensuring data integrity between housing and finance systems, and supporting the annual rent review cycle. You will play a key role in transforming the rent service, improving processes, and maximising system functionality-particularly around the implementation of rent and service charge modules within Active H. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong system capability, excellent communication, and the ability to drive performance and service improvement. What you'll need to succeed
