We're looking for an experienced commissioning engineer to work on projects ranging from 11kv through to 132kV.

The role will involve commission testing of switchgear and cabling up to 132kV alongside all testing required for the adoption of switchgear and cabling by any host DNO/client.

Key responsibilities

* Insulation resistance cables

* D.C. pressure and VLF testing cables

* Insulation resistance testing of switchgear and transformers

* A.C. flash testing of switchgear up to and over 11kV

* A.C. flash testing of transformers

* Ductor testing of switchgear and busbars

The Commissioning of;

* Primary injection testing

* CTs and VTs

* Magnetisation curve testing

* G59 testing

* Scheme testing and fault finding

* Battery discharge testing

* Over current and earth fault relay testing

* Primary injection testing

* Differential protection

* Unit protection

* Transformer protection

* Distance protection

* Motor protection
