Metalis are working alongside a leading manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join the team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Leading a team of engineers

Prioritising and coordinating day to day tasks and resources in relation to your projects

Being involved in continuous improvement processes

Liaising with various departments

Supporting the Design team with the development of the team

Ensuring that the design team meets deadlines through communication, planning, and monitoring

Improving internal systems and technology within various departments
The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience working with gears / gearboxes and or power transmissions

SolidWorks experience

Excellent communication Skills

Decision making abilities
Shifts & Salary:

£45,000 - £50,000

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
