Experienced in freight billing and ready to lead a small team, We’re recruiting a Billing Team Leader to oversee invoicing within a busy Air Freight operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support 2 Billing Clerks
• Oversee and process customer air freight invoices
• Review invoices for accuracy and correct rate application
• Act as escalation point for invoice queries
• Liaise with Operations to ensure all charges are captured
• Oversee bulk invoicing and supplier invoice matching
• Support month-end and year-end close
• Identify and improve billing processes

Key Skills:

• Freight billing experience (Air Freight preferred)
• Cargowise experience essential
• Previous team leadership/supervisory experience desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with problem-solving ability
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
