Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor in Oxford. The contractor, a leading tier 1 main contractor, is privately owned and has a nationwide presence undertaking projects across the commercial, education, student accommodation and mixed use residential with projects valuing up to £100mil. The business unit turns over circa £185mil per annum and is in a period of sustained growth despite difficult market conditions. They have won a place on several frameworks, and work repeatedly with clients having built a strong reputation over the years.

Due to a recent succession of project wins, they're now looking to bring a Senior Quantity Surveyor into the team who will be responsible for managing their own projects from initial conception through to completion. You will be responsible for managing an Assistant / Quantity Surveyor and report into the Commercial Manager.

In return, they're offering a salary of up to £75k + Package (negotiable dependent on experience) and the opportunity to join a business in a strong financial position with an abundance of regional work in the pipeline.
