• Up to c.£75,000 Bonus (up to 10%) Package (35 days holiday inc. BH)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading luxury residential contractor’s regional office. You’ll be overseeing multiple high-end projects (c.£2–10m) across Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire, managing and supporting site-based teams.

The Role:

• Oversee c.3–4 luxury residential projects simultaneously (No.1’s in place on each)
• Write, manage, and monitor construction programmes to ensure projects stay on track
• Provide leadership and support to Site Managers and ensure smooth site operations
• Work closely with QSs, estimators & senior management to deliver profitable, high-quality schemes
• Act as the main point of contact between site teams, head office, and clients
• Ensure health & safety, quality, and delivery standards are consistently maintained
• Support the business’s growth with opportunities to progress your career
