Pay Rate: Up to £38 p/h

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Social Worker for the Community Social Work Team (CSWT) in Folkestone, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing of the local community and provide support to those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete detailed assessments of individuals and families to understand their needs.

Design and implement personalized care plans.

Work closely with other healthcare professionals, local authorities, and external organizations.

Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed.

Provide advocacy and support to service users.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Essential: Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work)

Essential: Registration with Social Work England (SWE).

Experience working in a community or adult social work role.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals.
