Freelance Site Manager (Main contractor) - 6-month contract - Salford

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the onsite team. This is fantastic opportunity to join a busy main contractor working on the building envelope on new build residential towers.

Role details:

• Position: Freelance Site Manager

• Duration: Till Project is completed (circa 6 months)

• Location: Salford

• Start Date: August 2025

• Sector: Main Contractor

Requirements:

• Proven experience with building envelope / EWI works

• Must have in date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid

• Must be able to commit to the full 6 months

• Ideal to have Field view experience (training provided if not)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day operations

• Ensure program is on track

• Co-ordinate trades and civils contractors

• Daily site reports

• Monitor H&S compliance including toolbox talks and audits
