As part of our continued growth, we're now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Industrial and Engineering team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support our busiest team, gaining valuable industry knowledge while developing your career towards becoming a Recruitment Consultant.

What you'll be doing:
* 180 Recruitment role - focusing on the resourcing side, engaging with candidates, and talking through our relevant available role
* Advertising vacancies on job boards & searching CV databases
* Social media posts
* Pre-screening and qualifying candidates
* Completing compliance checks to a Gold Standard
* Working closely with our delivery consultants to place candidates into roles
* Shadowing consultants and learning the full recruitment process
What we're looking for:
* Strong people skills and ability to build relationships
* Excellent attention to detail
* Clear and confident communication & organisational skills
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
* Driving licence
