Learning Support Assistant -The Role
This role requires an experienced Learning Support Assistant who has previously worked in an SEN school. You will be supporting a KS2 class of 8 pupils, all on the autistic spectrum. A strong understanding of SEN and experience with positive behaviour strategies is essential. Ideally, you'll have Team Teach training and familiarity with communication tools such as PECS or Makaton. You'll be working closely with the class teacher and other support staff to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
