Helping young people build emotional regulation, confidence, and independence
What We're Looking For
Some experience with young people (this could be in youth work, care, education, or personal lived experience)
A calm, consistent approach and a passion for helping others
Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
A full UK driving licence (required due to the rural location)
A commitment to learn and grow - you'll be supported to achieve your Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care

Salary that's above the market average for junior care roles
Private health insurance and 24/7 GP access
Monthly gym membership allowance
36 days of face-to-face training per year
Fully funded qualifications - including your Level 3 and later Level 5 Diplomas
Pension plan and access to a performance-based bonus scheme
A clear, supported path to promotion - this team invests in people
