Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer (2+ Years’ Experience) An award-recognised, multi-office law firm with a strong regional presence is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its well-established and highly regarded property team. The role can be based in any of the firm’s five offices, with flexibility to move between offices if preferred, offering variety, collaboration and exposure to a broad range of residential property work.The role will include:

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Providing clear, practical advice and an excellent client experience throughout
• Working closely with colleagues across multiple offices
• Maintaining high standards of compliance and file management

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience
• Solid background in residential conveyancing
• Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong communication, organisation and client-care skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
