We’re supporting a growing UK-based business that plays a vital role in the supply chain and distribution space. With increased demand and ongoing investment in their tech infrastructure, they’re hiring a Senior C# Developer to join their small in-house team and contribute to the development of critical internal systems.
This is a hands-on role offering variety, influence, and long-term progression. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where your voice matters, and where development work directly impacts day-to-day operations across the business. The company is actively modernising its platforms, moving from older frameworks to .NET Core, and experimenting with newer technologies as they scale.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain robust, scalable applications using C#

Contribute to system improvements and feature development across the stack

Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to gather and refine requirements

Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed

Support internal tools and backend platforms that underpin operational success
Core Skills Required:

Proven commercial experience with C# and SQL Server

Solid understanding of modern software development principles

Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Desirable (but not essential):

Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework

Familiarity with Azure, Web APIs, or Blazor

Background in Agile teams or fast-moving operational environments
