Accounts Payable AdministratorBarnstapleHours Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5:00pmPermanent£24000 to £25000The company You will be joining our successful client who were established in 1977 and are now the UK leaders in their field and growing rapidly, along with a great team culture and an excellent company to work for.What will the Account Payable Administrator do? * Effectively take ownership of the Accounts Payable function and take lead responsibility for managing supplier payment runs* Ensure accurate invoice processing of PO and non-PO Invoices, on Intact iQ* Resolve any issues that arise from an invoice not matching a Purchase order* Reconciliation of supplier invoices to statements* Stock adjustments* Raise Sales Invoices and Credit Notes* Cover Credit Controller's leave* Assist with general accounting duties and support the Company AccountantWhat skills and experience will Account Payable Administrator have?* Previous Accounts Payable experience* Have excellent attention to detail* The successful candidate will be and organised and enthusiastic person with great communication skills* They should have the ability to work well under pressure and work to strict deadlines* Intermediate Microsoft office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook* Have a proactive way of working with a can-do attitudeWhat will the Accounts Payable Administrator get in return?* 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays.
