Commissioning Manager - Elderly Residential Care

Location: Hythe, Kent.

Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum + bonus

About the Role

As the Commissioning Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a high-quality service from day one — leading, inspiring, and building a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care in a setting designed to feel like home.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a dynamic, compassionate leader with:

* A proven track record in successfully commissioning new elderly care homes

* Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate

* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding protocols, and local authority processes

* Excellent relationship-building skills, both within your team and the local community

* A genuine passion for delivering the very best in elderly and dementia care

Key Requirements

* Experience in commissioning and managing elderly care homes.

* Strong understanding of safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and budget management

* Strong leadership and team-building abilities

* A commitment to creating a home-from-home atmosphere where residents, families, and team members feel truly valued
