Are you passionate about ensuring high-quality supported housing services? Join our team in the Vale of Glamorgan and help oversee the effective delivery and monitoring of Supporting People programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor, audit, and review Supporting People Grant (SPG), Supporting People Revenue Grant (SPRG), and other supported housing schemes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Welsh Government standards.
- Organise and manage payments for Supporting People services, ensuring all systems are current and meet statutory guidelines.
- Implement the Council’s Fairer Charging Policy and conduct individual assessments for service users.
- Support the development and review of the Local Commissioning Plan.
- Produce timely reports, data, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:- Strong understanding of supported housing schemes and the Welsh Government’s Supporting People framework.
- Experience in auditing, monitoring, or service review roles.
- Proficiency with maintaining digital and paper records with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
