Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Watford (Local & Regional Work - South East)
Salary: Up to £32,000 + Benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We're recruiting for an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join a growing and well-respected compliance business covering Watford and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants regional work, a stable long-term role and the chance to develop professionally in a supportive environment.

You'll be carrying out a broad mix of water hygiene tasks across private and public sector sites, with a strong focus on quality, safety and compliance. Travel is kept as local as possible, with no overnight stays and paid travel time.

What you'll be doing:

* Completing temperature checks, sampling and routine monitoring

* Carrying out TMV servicing, basic tank cleans and chlorinations

* Ensuring all work is delivered in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines

* Producing clear, accurate reports and communicating any compliance risks

* Working across a range of client sites within a manageable region

What we're looking for:

* Proven experience in water hygiene or water treatment sector

* A solid understanding of compliance and industry best practice

* Able to work independently with good attention to detail

* Strong communication and reporting skills

* A proactive, reliable approach and willingness to learn
