Job Description

The position requires a candidate that possesses the qualifications and desire to continually deliver top performance within their role. This is an established company with a professional office environment that has been in business for over 35 years, working with the country’s leading organizations in the industry.

This position also includes a potential performance bonus up to 5% of salary

Responsibilities:

• Strong time/project management skills requiring managing, organizing and tracking of information related to specific projects

• Multi-tasking capabilities a necessity

• Extensive use of Power Point to create accurate, comprehensive product presentations for customers

• Create and maintain accurate, detailed and comprehensive reports in Excel

• Working independently of supervision to complete tasks on time, and being proactive to prevent problems

• Providing excellent customer service to all clients

Requirements:

• As this position entails a high volume of responsibilities, the Inside Sales Support is required to be an independently driven individual who is skilled in time management, multi-tasking and problem solving

• Import/Export experience is strongly preferred

• Project Management experience is strongly preferred

• Adaptable work style with the ability to communicate effectively with various personalities and levels in the organization

• Highly organized with good follow-up skills A MUST

• Past administrative experience is extremely helpful

• Detail and project oriented

• Background or degree in marketing is helpful

• Experience or background in package design and marketing is also helpful

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Professional business oriented individual that can hold their own in a meeting

• Excellent computer skills, i.e., Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

• Flexibility to accept and adjust to different responsibilities on short notice

• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Positive, friendly demeanor

• Regular, timely attendance is very important
