- Answering inbound calls to support the business and increase brand loyalty through positive and trustworthy customer interactions.

Fast-paced call center experience preferred - inbound, service and credit.
Extreme multi-tasking. The ability to manage high-volume requests and problem solve while talking with customers.
Have the desire to learn systems and software needed to support various lines of business such as desktop phones, reference guides, logistics and credit programs.
Proficient typing speed and accuracy.
