Osprey Court Care Home is a purpose built 60 bed care home located in Pitcrocknie Village, adjacent to the town of Alyth in Perth and Kinross. Providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care, the home offers a modern, high quality environment where team members can build strong relationships, develop their skills and make a meaningful difference as part of a supportive and welcoming team.

Maintenance Manager

• £14.50 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided, Onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract

Role Overview
As Maintenance Manager, you will take responsibility for ensuring the building, equipment and grounds are maintained to a high standard, creating a safe, comfortable and well maintained environment for residents, visitors and colleagues.

You will carry out day to day repairs, routine inspections and planned maintenance, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely. This includes supporting basic electrical, plumbing and general maintenance tasks, maintaining outdoor areas and monitoring essential safety systems such as fire alarms.

You will manage tools, equipment and maintenance records, support improvement projects and work with external contractors when required. Your role will be key in ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and the smooth running of the home.

What We Are Looking For

•  Strong practical skills across general maintenance, repairs and basic electrical or plumbing work
•  Good understanding of health and safety regulations
•  Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
•  Proactive, reliable and solution focused approach
•  Previous maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
