Payroll Analyst

As the Payroll Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for the execution of the on-cycle and off-cycle production processes that support the timely and accurate processing of weekly and biweekly payrolls for 15,000+ Citizens colleagues.

Primary responsibilities include.

Executing the on-cycle and off-cycle PeopleSoft payroll production processes for both the weekly and biweekly pay groups including paysheet Create, the data load processes, processing any irregular payments (e.g., sales draws, bonus payments, etc.), Pay calc, resolving error messages, balancing payroll, executing Pay Confirm, and executing the check print and distribution processes.
Responsible for processing home Buyer's assistance, PAC contributions, United Way, intercompany transfers, bonus payments, stock options, adoption assistance, severance, and incentive payments.
Assisting with quarterly and year-end processing, processing canceled checks and replacement checks, and initiating checks, voids, and reversals.
Ensure timely Funding of Payroll.

• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a high-risk, high-volume, and high-deadline-driven environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a team environment using conflict resolution; problem-solving, strong leadership, modeling, and facilitation skills.
