💼 The Role:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Providing high-quality support across multiple channels
- Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
🕒 Shift:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
✅ Requirements:
- 1-2 years' customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries at once
