We are supporting a leading regional law firm with multiple offices across the region, recognised for its consistent year-on-year growth and exceptional staff retention, in the search for a Residential Property Partner to join their Milton Keynes office.

The Role:

• Lead and develop the Residential Property offering in the Milton Keynes office
• Manage and grow a strong client base, including high-value and investor work
• Drive business development and contribute to the firm's continued expansion
• Supervise and mentor junior fee earners and support staff
• Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the property team

The Ideal Candidate:

• An established Residential Property Partner or Senior Solicitor ready for partnership
• Strong track record of business development and client relationship management
• Experience handling high-quality residential conveyancing matters
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a team
• Commercially minded with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach
