Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and growing market share? At Heidelberg Materials, we're looking for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across a defined region.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to increase volume, revenue, and profitability
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers across multiple channels, including digital
- Promote and sell value-added asphalt products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Use market insights and data to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Support tender submissions, budget planning, and forecasting for your territory
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B field sales, ideally within construction, materials, or industrial sectors
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, organised, and confident using digital tools to engage customers
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
