Affinity Workforce Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Secondary Supply teacher to help support a growing number of well-established schools within and across the Swindon area. We are keen to hear from anybody who is looking for a challenge and available to work as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities of the role:

Deliver pre-set lesson plans: Follow the absent teachers plans to ensure students stay on track with the curriculum.
Record and report progress: Keep track of attendance, behaviour, and any notable academic issues for the returning teacher.
Manage classroom behaviour: Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment, even with unfamiliar students.
Engage, motivate and encourage students to complete work to the best of their ability.
Adapt quickly to new environments: Familiarise yourself with school policies, routines, and expectations- often with little notice.To register with Affinity Workforce Solutions, you will need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS).
Right to Work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willing to put one in process (we can support with this)
Previous experience within an educational setting supporting students.
