Salary: £28,000-£30,000 basic + uncapped commission
Year 1 OTE: £35,000-£42,000
Requirement: Full UK driving licence or driving test already booked

The Role

As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant, you'll help connect talented teachers and support staff with schools where they can truly thrive. Our Impact Academy provides hands-on training, expert mentoring, and clear development routes to help you succeed and progress quickly within recruitment.

What You'll Be Doing

Sourcing, interviewing, and vetting education professionals

Creating compelling candidate profiles and introducing them to schools

Supporting experienced consultants while developing your own client base

Progressing into a full 360 recruitment role, including business development, relationship management, and salary negotiations

Who We're Looking For

A valid UK driving licence (or a test booked)

Motivated, proactive, and target-driven attitude

Degree-level education or relevant professional experience

Confident communicator with a natural ability to build relationships
