A great opportunity has arisen for a Electrician to work for a Housing Provider based working around Nottingham and surrounding areas on a permanent basis offering a salary of £35,000 per annum + a Van & Fuel card.

The successful candidate will be required to complete electrical repairs, maintenance and upgrades and testing works within void, occupied and communal areas within social housing properties.

You will be required to:
* Complete a range of electrical repairs and maintenance:
(EICRs, power & lighting repairs + upgrades)
* Have experience working within social housing properties
* Have own hand and power tools
* Be customer focused
* Be a team player
*Standard DBS required

Qualifications:
* City & Guilds and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ
* 18th Edition
* Testing and Inspection 2391 / 2395
* Full clean driving licence

You will be supplied with:
* A company van + fuel card
* Tester
* PPE
