A leading UK Pensions & Investment Consultancy who are continuing to grow at a rapid rate are looking to recruit a highly experienced individual who will manage client relationships, providing the vital link between clients and the technical operations administration team.

Specifics of the role will include -
- Day to day management of client relationships, maintaining service levels, ensuring a smooth pension administration service and developing long term client objectives.
- Support the Operations Manager with the delivery of a high quality administration service.
- Develop the capabilities of the Administration Managers
- Participate in pension operational meetings, discussing strategy, growth and development.
- Develop recruitment, training and retention strategies
- Ensure services are delivered in line with the clients expectations and agreements made.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure the client receives an all-round efficient service.
- Help develop business improvement and change strategies.
To apply for the position, you should have excellent DC & DB Scheme experience and have worked in a similar oriented role at a senior level. You will need to display strong leadership skills, an in-depth technical knowledge covering, complex scheme arrangements and pensions administration.
