The Role

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation
• Help lead and develop the kitchen team
• Contribute to seasonal menu creation
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and compliance

About You

• Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous background in a quality-led kitchen
• AA Rosette experience desirable
• Passion for fresh, modern British cuisine
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and own transport required
