What we will need from you:

Level 4 Leadership in Health & Social Care (or Level 3 with commitment to complete Level 4)
Experience in senior or management roles in care settings
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Lead and mentor a passionate care team
Support with recruitment, rotas, training, and service development
Take a hands-on approach to care delivery and service improvement
Deputise for the Registered Manager and join the on-call rota
