Estate Caretaker 

• x 1 FT - at least 2 months 
• TW Hounslow area
• Needs past Caretaking experience 
• Must be hands on and able 
• Be a car driver as will need to part of the relief team on multiple sites - go to site to site
• A basic DBS
• Van supplied after the first 2 weeks - can take Van home at night 
• £13.58 per hour paye or £17.09 per hour via umbrella 

My client is a well-known housing association and they’re seeking experienced Estate Caretakers to clean and maintain internal, external and all common areas of housing blocks and estates.

• Hours 0800 - 1600 / Monday – Friday

Key Responsibility:

• Take personal responsibility for ensuring that the estate is clean, tidy, landscaped, litter free and safe from hazards by delivering a high-quality caretaking and grounds maintenance service to residents.
• Identify and assist in ways to improve the internal and external environment through working closely as part of a team and taking pride in the role.
• Rotate bins regularly to ensure refuse chutes are clear and ensure bulk bins are placed ready for collection.
• Sweep and wash communal staircase and landings as appropriate.
• Clean internal ledges, sills, handrails, balustrades, doors, walls and remove cobwebs from light fittings and all surroundings.
• Following the removal of refuse from the dustbins/bulk refuse containers, hose down and disinfect the area.
