Senior Site Manager - Industrial Unit Project
Location: Teesside
Project Value: £2m
Duration: 6 Months (Starting June 2026)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a £2m industrial unit project based in Teesside. This is a key role responsible for managing the site from early stages through to completion, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Full site management of an industrial build project

* Overseeing subcontractors, trades, and site personnel

* Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations

* Managing programme and driving progress to meet deadlines

* Coordinating with the project team, consultants, and stakeholders

* Monitoring quality standards and ensuring compliance with specifications

* Reporting progress, risks, and updates to senior management

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on industrial or commercial projects

* Strong track record delivering projects in the £1m-£5m range

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to manage programmes and resolve site issues proactively
