English Tutor - Manchester | September 2025

Location: Manchester
Contract: Part-time (Sept-Dec, potential to extend)

Are you passionate about English and keen to inspire the next generation of learners?

Prospero Teaching is working with a vibrant Manchester secondary school looking for a dedicated English Tutor to join their team from September 2025. You'll work closely with GCSE students-supporting both in class and one-to-one-to boost confidence, improve outcomes, and ignite a love of English.

What You'll Do:
Support students in Key Stages 3 & 4
Focus on reading, writing & GCSE prep
Encourage engagement & build confidence
Help pupils reach their full potential

You'll Need:
A degree in English or a related subject
Passion for literature & language
Strong communication & mentoring skills
Safeguarding/Prevent training (or willingness to complete free CPD with us)
