Bathroom Design Consultant

Salary: Basic starting salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum plus uncapped commission raising your OTE to £70 - £100k

Job Type: Bathroom Sales Designer

Responsibilities:

* To provide excellent customer service to all clients, from initial showroom consultation, creation of first-class designs and closing the sale.

* Bring enthusiasm and energy to our stunning showroom, making every client feel inspired and welcome.

* Present to the client a detailed product specification incorporating all relevant department products and other relevant products as appropriate, along with estimates for all necessary products for the implementation of that design.

* Work closely with the sales director, offering support while growing your own profile in the business. Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and showroom engagement

* Use CAD software to design and sell beautiful, tailored bathroom spaces. Present stunning visuals and design concepts to high-end, often discerning clients.

* Be a key part of a small, diverse, and talented team, where quality over quantity defines everything they do.

Requirements:

* Are you a driven bathroom designer?

* Passion for design and understanding the client brief

* Meticulous attention to detail

* CAD experience (Desirable)

* Proven track record in sales with a minimum of two years of experience

* Driving licence
