Our client is a building, construction and refurbishment company who have a wide range of clients, no client is too big or small and they are always consistent with their quality of work.  

The Job:

Reporting into their Office Manager, this role will be a really busy and varied role working as a Temporary Customer Service Co-ordinator on an ongoing temporary basis.

Responsibilities will include:

Answering calls/emails for the business in a timely and professional fashion.
Receiving and processing calls/jobs utilising helpdesk software.
Allocating work orders to directly employed labour team or approved contractors.
Liaising with engineers and tracking progress against KPIs/SLAs.
Reporting back to clients on job progress and updating job systems.
Planning, assigning, and monitoring PPMs.
Assisting other office staff with clerical duties as required
Any other tasks deemed
The Person:

For this role our client is looking for someone who has previous customer service experience gained in a commercial environment.  Also required is:

Experience working within a similar helpdesk role or office environment or customer service essential.
Computer literate - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to duties.
Ability to work under pressure and manage your time.
The Location:

Bedminster (with car parking) Bristol - 100% office based

The Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am -5pm

£11 per hour
