Via. are partnering with a pioneerin the Food and Beverage world with a reputation for bold ideas, vibrant branding, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are looking for a dynamic Regional Field Sales Manager to take a leading role in shaping the commercial strategy across London and the South Coast. You'll build and manage a high-performing sales team, foster strong relationships with On-Trade customers, and deliver outstanding results that elevate our brand presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales leader to bring fresh ideas, drive engagement, and make a real impact in a collaborative, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver a regional strategy to achieve business KPIs.

* Manage budgets effectively to support growth and profitability.

* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

* Ensure clear and timely communication with customers and stakeholders.

* Support sales team members during trade days with hands-on leadership.

* Track and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights.

* Oversee activations across On-Trade channels to maximise brand visibility.

* Stay up to date with industry trends and opportunities.

* Attend bi-weekly meetings at the London office.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in On-Trade leadership roles.

* A strong track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Commercially driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

* Passion for the drinks industry and alignment with brand values

Desirable Experience

* Experience creating and implementing innovative sales processes.

* Familiarity with emerging trends in the beverage industry.

* Experience in leadership, coaching, or mentoring.

Experience & Education

* 8+ years' relevant experience in sales management, ideally in the On-Trade sector.

* Undergraduate degree preferred, but not essential.
