In this role, you'll be working on-site at residential and commercial properties across the South East helping to manage projects and carry out hands-on work such as digging, herbicide treatments, landscaping, planting, pruning, turfing, and site clearance. Over time, you'll step into more responsibility as you build experience and confidence.

This would suit individual with experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance and looking to take the next step in your career, with full training and support to progress into a Site Supervisor role, working on unique and rewarding projects with a company that's truly different.

The Role:

Hands-on site work including invasive plant removal, herbicide treatments, and landscaping
Supervising small jobs and working with other site teams across the UK
Ongoing training and development into a leadership positionThe Person:

Experience in garden maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture
Wanting to progress
Based in Woking UK driving license
