Teaching Personnel are seeking Primary Supply Teachers to support a range of primary schools across Lancaster, providing day-to-day and short-term cover.
This role is ideal for qualified primary teachers, including Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to gain classroom experience through supply work after completing their degree, as well as experienced teachers seeking flexible working arrangements.
The Role:- Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
- Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils with their learning and engagement throughout the school day
- Providing clear handover feedback to school staff where required
All planning and resources are provided, with no requirement for planning or marking for supply assignments.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT who has recently completed their degree
- Experience teaching or training within UK primary schools
- Confidence delivering lessons across the primary curriculum
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A flexible, professional, and reliable approach
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
