Academics Canterbury are seeking an experienced Early Years Foundation Specialist's to support primary schools across East Kent, focusing on the vital transition from nursery to reception class. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on children's early development during one of the most important stages of their education.

As an Early Years Foundation Specialist, you will:

• Support children as they transition smoothly from nursery into reception
• Create nurturing, engaging, and play-based learning environments
• Deliver lessons in line with the EYFS framework, focusing on social, emotional, and academic readiness
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure each child thrives

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYFS specialist qualification
• Proven experience in Early Years, particularly transition stages
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
• A warm, creative, and resilient approach to supporting young learners
• Right to work in the UK and a DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
