Civil Engineering has been at the core of my client's business, since 1921. Since then, they have built a strong reputation as a leader in Infrastructure, Aviation and defence, Structures, Regeneration and Paving.

The company is currently looking for Section Engineer for a 20 million valued road/concrete construction project in Leicester. This project will involve full civil elements, so we are looking for experienced operational candidates that have experienced in Highways/Road/Concrete/Heavy Civils.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing site activities, setting out for associated works
Writing of risk assessments and method statements
Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations,
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site,
Supporting Site Agent, and any other site engineering duties as required.What you'll need to be successful:

The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified, with at least an HNC in civil engineering.
Previous experience working across civil engineering major projects What you will need:

Civil Engineering project experience.
Highways experience
