This role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £28,000 per year, with realistic on-target earnings of £40,000+ including bonus. As an Insurance Advisor, you will:
Sell a range of insurance products to both inbound and outbound customers
Provide quotations, process mid-term adjustments, and manage new business and renewals
Accurately gather and input client information, handling associated accounting procedures
Respond to enquiries from clients, insurers, and third parties in a professional and timely manner
Ensure full compliance with FCA and regulatory requirements
Liaise with insurers and third parties to meet client needs
Provide technical and administrative support where requiredPackage and Benefits: The Insurance Advisor role includes:

Basic salary of up to £28,000, with uncapped commission
OTE £34,000 - £40,000+
Only 2 days per week in the office, no late evenings or weekends
28 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional days for long service

Casual dress code and free on-site parkingAbout You The ideal Insurance Advisor will have:

At least one year's experience within an Insurance Advisory role or similar FCA-regulated environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
A passion for sales and a genuine drive to achieveIf you've previously worked as an Insurance Agent, Account Handler, Insurance Consultant, or Insurance Sales Executive, this could be the ideal next step. Experience across any insurance product line would be highly advantageous.
