Stephen James Consulting are partnering with a growing care provider in the search for a Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities / Mental Health for a bespoke service based in Wealden, West Sussex.

This service provides individual care for adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs within a residential care setting.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, motivated leader who is ready to shape a high-quality, person-centred environment. You'll oversee the daily operations of the service, ensuring exceptional care standards, staff development, and full compliance with CQC requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the service.

* Oversee the delivery of high-quality, safe, and person-centred care.

* Manage, coach, and develop a skilled staff team.

* Monitor and maintain compliance, documentation, and quality standards.

* Ensure care plans are accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of individual needs.

* Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and the wider ECHO team to ensure the best outcomes.

* Analyse audits, incidents, and feedback to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

* Prior experience as a Registered Manager, ideally with two years + experience (Learning Disabilities / Mental Health)

* Level 5 Health and Social Care

* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements.

* Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person-centred care.

The role of Home Manager offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
