Quantity Surveyor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor based in Southampton. The contractor has a huge presence in the South, undertaking notable schemes across the commercial, education, healthcare and leisure sectors with projects valuing up to £100mil. Projects are administered via JCT and NEC forms of contract and many of the projects are procured via various government frameworks.

The Southern team have gone from strength to strength and due to a recent succession of project wins, they're now looking to bring a Quantity Surveyor into the team to work on schemes across the South Coast. s Quantity Surveyor, you will be reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor on the project but will have responsibility of procuring and managing various sizeable sub-contract packages, and assisting in monthly CVRs.

In return, you will receieve a salary of up to £55k + Package and the opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a diverse project pipeline and progression opportunity within the business.
