Passionate Year 2 LSA Needed – Make a Difference in BS48
Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant with a passion for supporting children with SEN in a mainstream setting? We are working with a fantastic primary school in the BS48 area that is looking for a dedicated **Year 2 LSA** to join their team.
The role:
- Year 2 Learning Support Assistant in a welcoming mainstream primary school in BS48 - Supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) within the classroom - Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support and interventions - Helping to create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive - Full time, school hours, term time only
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience supporting children with SEN in a mainstream primary school - Be confident working with children in Year 2, including small group and 1:1 work - Be patient, resilient and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff - Have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
