We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Transfer Agency team as a Trainee Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent school or college leaver or someone from a junior finance role background who is eager to begin a career in the financial services sector.


As a Transfer Agency, we are responsible for maintaining shareholder registers and providing high-quality service to investors. You will be joining a professional, collaborative environment where accuracy, integrity, and client service are paramount.


Key Responsibilities -Administrator Trainee – Transfer Agency


You will be fully supported and trained to develop in the role. Responsibilities will include:


  • Accurately processing investor transactions (such as purchases, sales, and transfers)
  • Assisting with reconciliation of bank and system records
  • Generating and issuing contract notes and payment confirmations
  • Monitoring and responding to investor and client enquiries via telephone and email
  • Supporting the team in meeting strict regulatory deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with compliance and operational procedures
