We are excited to be recruiting for a Service Administrator for a fantastic company who are well established and based in Norwich. They are looking for someone who will take overall responsibility for the preparation of upgrading all documentation. It will be supporting colleagues working in the field, so excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. It will also be liaising with customers, to chase for documents, etc, so experience of working within customer service is advantageous.

It is working fully in the office, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
