Job Title: Housing Support Officer
Location: Harrow, North West London
Contract Type: Temporary - 3 months
Rate: £17 - £19hr via Umbrella

Key responsibilities of a Housing Support Officer:
• Provide person- centred support to vulnerable individuals such as ex-offenders, refugees and those dealing with mental health, to help sustain tenancies

Work closely with local agencies and health services to ensure coordinated support
Respond safeguarding concerns for vulnerable individuals between multiple HMO's in Harrow
On site 5 days a week managing around 23 tenants
About You:

Strong housing knowledge with a good understanding of housing legislation
Proven experience working as a Housing Support Officer or in a similar role
Strong understanding of safeguarding, tenancy sustainment and local housing systems
Enhanced up to date DBS
