We're on the lookout for a Customer Route Planner to join a friendly, supportive, and high-energy team. You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure engineers are in the right place at the right time - and that customers are kept in the loop every step of the way.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing:

📞 Handling inbound and outbound calls like a pro
🤝 Building great relationships with customers and keeping them updated
🧭 Scheduling and routing jobs for engineers across the region
💻 Keeping the CRM system up to date with job details and customer requests
📊 Managing reports and data entry with precision and care🧠 What You'll Bring:

Some previous experience in scheduling or route planning
Confidence dealing with customer accounts and queries
Top-notch attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Excellent communication - both written and verbal
